Cad Duct Solutions Ltd was formed in 2014 by Craig Hodgetts and Rob Billingham. Within the office there are currently 4 engineers, with several others at our disposal all of whom contain a wealth of experience in ventilation ductwork and co-ordination of building services.
All our engineers are vastly experienced in 3D AutoCAD, CADmep+ & Revit MEP and utilise this facility to assist in the co-ordination and preparation of drawings to a very high standard.
Below is a brief summary of available services that can be provided:
VENTILATION DUCTWORK CONTRACTS
Ductwork contracts can be undertaken as a conventional sub-contract (full supply, engineer and install) or undertaken on in a ‘partnering agreement’. This is where Cad Duct Solutions Ltd work alongside your engineers preparing drawings, engineering the contract and installing the ductwork, but the materials are procured by the mechanical contractor (therefore all ‘better buying’ savings made by Cad Duct Solutions Ltd are kept by the mechanical contractor). Whichever option is taken, contracts will always be completed to a high standard of workmanship, on programme and to the complete satisfaction of the client.
3D CO-ORDINATED DRAWINGS & MODULAR SERVICES
We offer the production of fully co-ordinated multi-service mechanical, electrical and public health drawings to an installation standard; these can also include the production of prefabricated multi-service module drawings, from simple 2D corridor racks through to modular packaged plantrooms. This can be provided as priced work on a whole project/floor/area basis or working at an agreed hourly rate.
